In our Ciudad Vieja Free Tour you will learn about the history of the independence of the República Oriental del Uruguay and the curiosities of colonial Montevideo, as well as the pillars of the local culture. We will start the free tour in front of the Ciudadela Gate in Plaza Independencia and then we will walk through part of the main street of the neighborhood and its surroundings. We will talk about history, football, art, curiosities and local identity, passing through the most emblematic points of the Old City.
